Call for Abstracts

1. The Organizing Committee of 5th International Conference on Social Work in Health and Mental Health welcomes original contributions of abstracts for presentation at this internationally renowned Conference.
2. Abstracts to be submitted should not have been presented at other scientific meetings or conferences.
3. Abstracts to be submitted should not have been published in any local or international journals in the form of full paper.
4. All participants who have submitted abstract are eligible to apply for scholarships and awards.

2. For those who do not have web access, please complete the "Abstract Submission Form (Form B)" and return it (Both hard copy and electronic file) by mail to the following address:

3. Deadline : All abstracts should reach the Secretariat on or before May 31, 2006. Confirmation of receipt of your abstract will be sent to the email address provided on the abstract form. If you receive no confirmation in one month after the submission deadline, check with the Secretariat.
4. A Reference Number will be assigned to each submitted abstract. Please quote this number in all correspondences with the Conference Secretariat.

1. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee. A paper may be accepted for oral presentation, poster session, audio-visual presentation or skills demonstration / workshop at the Conference.
2. Abstracts submitted before the deadline and accepted for presentation will be published in the proceedings of the Conference.
3. Once an abstract is accepted by the Organizers and presentation confirmed by the author(s), the copyright of the abstract and paper will be shared by 5th International Conference on Social Work in Health and Mental Health.
4. Only fully registered authors will be allowed to make presentation in the Conference.

Notification of Result

Notification of acceptance (or rejection) of your abstract will be sent to the email address provided on the abstract form by no later than end of July 2006.

Format

	Abstract	Full Paper
1. Unless submitted through the Conference website, all papers must be submitted as an electronic file saved in a format compatible with Microsoft Word in a CD-Rom.
2. Papers must be typed in single spacing.
3. The presenting Author must be underlined.
4. Use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Special or unusual abbreviations should be placed in parentheses after the abbreviated full words/phrases the first time they appear.
5. Papers must be submitted in ENGLISH and should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar before submission.
6. Be sure to adhere to the word limitation	300 words	3000 words
7. Please provide the following particulars in your submission: name, title, institution, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and, if submitted electronically, email address, as well as abstract number, if any.
8. Tick your preferred type of presentation and indicate the chosen topic.
9. The Title should be typed at the top of the typescript in BOLD in no longer than two lines.
10. Author(s) should be listed by family name followed by initial, title and institution separated by comma. (Omit degrees, institutional appointment, street addresses and postal code). 11. Paper must be referenced according to APA style.
